Well back safe and sound from a very sucessful Kensington. Julie and I travelled down together on Thursday and back on Monday , so a long time away from home. We shared a stand for the first time which worked well and it was lovely to have the company behind the stand. We were rather imprisoned behind it though and are going to have to change things for next time as we are sharing again.
It was great to meet the bloggers at long last. Kate with little Lola and cake. Michelle and her mum and lots of other familar names. We had a lovely meal with Nikki on Saturday night as well.

I had my new sign with me that my friend Carolyn had painted, the giddy kipper is just as I imagined him to be.

ReplyDeleteI loved the sign and the stand was fab Jain I was completely blown away by all your dolls in 'person'! amazing Alice dolls, if you find a pic of the Hatter Id love to see it! M other fav was the little witches coven and I have to ask....did the little green witch I loved sell????!!!!!! You know I said Id have to have another project, well part of me thinks if Im going to have a good witch I really should have a bad one too lol!!! What am I like! I have a very long wish list now with all your wonderful dolls and Julies too so roll on the Christmas fair! Glad you liked your cakes, Lola chose them. ReplyDeleteYour stands were the best as far as dolls were concerned!! ;o)) Just sooo many to choose from and ALL fantastic! I just caught eye of the Mad Hatter in your photo, but only just, so I too would love to see what he was like. I don't think Kate nor I hung about getting to your stands after 12.00 opening, but looking at your photo and what I saw, you DID sell a few by the time I got there! lol I'm so pleased for you! :o))

The table looked stunning filled with yours and julies dolls, wish i had seen it in person but seeing the photos on blogland has been such a treat. Thrilled your both sharing again at xmas, hope you get the space thing sorted and have more room to move about.
